Pistons GT vs. Bucks Gaming Recon Report

After nearly a two week break, Pistons GT returns to the virtual hardwood tonight to take on Bucks Gaming for a pair of matchups (9:00 & 10:00 p.m.). Bucks Gaming is currently on a two-game winning streak, sweeping Mavs Gaming their last time out after an 0-10 start to the season.
Ironically, the last time we saw Pistons GT was against Mavs Gaming as well. Detroit split the two contests, leaving the team at third in the Western Conference standings with a 7-5 record. After tonight’s games with Milwaukee, Pistons GT is scheduled to play the reigning champions, Wizards District Gaming, on Thursday evening (7:45 & 8:45 p.m.)
As mentioned above, season four hasn’t been kind to Bucks Gaming early on. The team parted ways with longtime franchise shooting guard, Arooks, trading him to 76ers GC in exchange for a future first-rounder and 2021 lottery pick, Caliraq. Now 2-0 since the deal, Regg and co. look to continue building momentum for the second half of their season.
Key Matchup
Radiant vs. Komp
Returning to the point guard position Radiant has recorded 9+ assists in all six starts, including four double-doubles and three 31+ point performances. Detroit is 6-0 (10 games) when Radiant shoots 52% or better from the field. Tonight he’ll primarily match up with a rookie defender, Komp.
Recently selected 37th overall, Komp will make his seventh and eighth career starts against one of the most decorated point guards in league history. In his last four games at lockdown, Komp has helped limit the opposing point guard to 50% or worse shooting in three-out-of-four matchups. All eyes will be on these two headed into tonight.
